Chanel Vintage Flap Bag: DESIGNER EXCHANGE
After a hectic week attending LFW, I finally have time for some chit chat on the blog.
I've been spending a bit more time on Instagram releasing images from the Fashion Week mayhem.
And I'm still not done! So much to show you guys, but first.... an outfit post.
I'm so proud and excited to be collaborating with Designer Exchange who have kitted me out during LFW. Designer Exchange was founded with the ethos of designer handbag recycling . So what one person may no longer desire, another may love. Which is so true! I've loved walking around London with this Chanel vintage flap bag, uber cute and unique (green suede? YES, please.)
No matter what you're looking for, Designer Exchange has something for everybody, from vintage Gucci to £30,000 croc Birkins.
Unlike other outlets that sell pre-owned luxury items, Designer Exchange focus solely on handbags, purses and accessories. With stores across the U.K, such as Manchester, Knightsbridge and Birmingham, DE provide an online service too (www.uk.designerexchange,com)
It took me FOREVER to choose the perfect bag for Day 1 of LFW. I wanted something quite different and since I was wearing a monochrome outfit, I needed a pop of colour!
I spotted the Chanel flapbag and instantly fell in love. It was a great contrast with my velvet flared trousers and really gave my outfit that vintage feel. Also, it was the perfect size. I'm not really a fan of large handbags anymore and I just needed something for LFW that would pretty much fit my powder brush, powder, purse and phone, (check out that alliteration though!).
I also made a painful decision not to carry flat shoes too so I sacrificed my feet the whole day but hey, fashion is pain ay?
I had such a wonderful time this year at LFW and I've started planning for February already!
I'll have my second outfit up on the blog really soon, guys!
Until next time,
