Happy Monday everyone!
I've decided to brighten up today's post, seeing that it is the start of a brand new week and perhaps some of you might be down with the Monday blues. I've started my morning by creating a moodboard for inspiration in the next couple of weeks as we slowly head into Spring. I'm honestly ready to ditch the scarves, it feels like it's been the longest Winter ever!

So fashion week is pretty much over and whilst stalking every streetstyle shot from each city, I realised that Blush Pink/Powder Pink/Rose Quartz or whatever you want to call it, is probably one of the top hues for Spring Summer 2016. Pantone, the global authority and leaders on colour, have forecasted "calming" colours for the new season, inspired by the art and the beauty of natural resources that designers have gravitated to for Spring/Summer.

I've never actually been a 'pink' girl and I doubt I have anything in my wardrobe that's pink but after getting some inspiration from the streetstyle looks from fashion week, I knew I needed to get my wardrobe refreshed for the new season.

What are your thoughts on this season's top hue?

Have a fab Monday,

  2. I'm not really a pink girl either but I don't mind a few splashes of it. I'm certainly looking forward to Spring getting started properly and if that means more pink then it's fine by me :-)
